Trieste.Coffee uses no profiling cookies and no third-party trackers. Submitted reviews are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; the email address is only used for anti-spam checks and is never shown or shared.

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages: CDN technical logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own policy. No browsing data is collected for marketing purposes.
